MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – March 14, 2016 5:00 PM

Fire Chief, Munson was asked to meet with the Selectboard to discuss options with the purchase of a new pumper. Robert J. McDermott clarified the options on the vehicle. Eric will meet with Margaret to discussed payment options.
Ed received authorization to move forward with the removal of a tree location on Colebrook River Road. John Fields quote the cost of the job to be $2,500.
Police Chief Deming met with Camp Kinderland to discuss Police presents at their festival scheduled for Labor Day weekend.
Ted Locke met with the board to discuss the outcome of the Finance Committee in regards to the 2017 budget that was presented. The Finance Committee recommended a 2% salary increase across the board with the exception of the Police Officer’s hourly rate increasing to $15.00.
